100% of the course fee will be charged for cancellations or postponements less than two weeks before the course date. Any refunds made to a credit card will incure the charges made by the credit card company.

No rebate will be given for non attendance.

Timing and Joining Instructions
Full joining instructions including course start time and venue will always be provided when you book and will be posted on the ProTrainings website. It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrive on time and attend the entire course in order to qualify for certification. Courses do have a minimum contact hour stipulation as part of the certification criterion. Candidates who arrive late may not be admitted if the instructor feels that the learning outcomes of the course may not be achieved. In such instances no rebate will be made.

Guidelines for First Aider Selection
It is the responsibility of the booker to select delegates who are sufficiently physically able to provide first aid. We can adapt the course to cater for many physical restrictions, however, candidates must be free from any condition that might affect their capability to carry out their role and duty and have the necessary disposition to handle stressful emergency procedures.

Guidelines for the Course Selection
It is the responsibility of the booker to ensure that the course they have selected meets their specific requirements. Further guidance may be available on the websites of the HSE and/or those of any relevant governing body.

Cancellation by Instructor
In the rare event that unforeseen circumstances result in a course being cancelled we will re-schedule training to meet delegates’ needs with as short a delay as possible or provide a full refund of fees paid.

Change of Venue
On very rare occasions we may need to change the training venue at short notice due to circumstances out of our control. In this situation the delegate will be given the option of attending the course at the new venue, re-scheduling the training to another date or we will provide a full refund of fees paid.
