RIDDOR (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013) is a UK health and safety legislation set by the UK governmental department, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE)
The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations apply to all businesses. RIDDOR requires employers to correctly report and keep a record of injuries, work related illnesses and incidents that happen at work, in order to keep all employees safe in the workplace.
