OUR FIRST AID TRAINING COURSES
Green Box First Aid Training offers a variety of different first aid training courses depending on your needs, including our popular 2-hour Family First Aid Course, up to our comprehensive 3-day HSE First Aid at Work course.
We are a flexible team and run courses that fit in with your schedule, as opposed to enforcing set diary dates. We even hold courses if there is just one student.

WHY GREEN BOX FIRST AID TRAINING?
We have been working in first aid for almost 30 years. We are extremely passionate about what we do, and we absolutely love teaching. Seeing people who are initially nervous when they join the class, grow confident and proficient in life saving skills, really gives us a buzz.
All of Green Box’s training is delivered by experienced, highly trained and professional instructors. Our qualified team has performed first aid in many different situations and environments: from working as ski instructors, dive instructors and holding first aid manager positions in a variety of organisations across Europe. These real life experiences of first aid help us to provide first aid courses packed with practical examples, hints and tips.
We genuinely believe that everyone should have emergency first aid skills and know everyone is fully capable of providing it. We understand some people find the thought of a first aid course intimidating and have lots of fears, which is why we deliver the sessions in a relaxed way, and ensure every student is confident in first aid by the end of the course. HOW WE TEACH
We don’t teach just to pass a test or tick a box.
We teach people to be prepared and ready to deal with emergencies in the real world. These valuable lifesaving skills will give you greater confidence and increase self-esteem. You will also be better placed to prevent accidents before they happen.
First aid and lifesaving are serious subjects, but we like to have fun. Our expert-led courses are interactive, where learners get to take part in practical activities, as it’s the best way of remembering what to do in case of emergency. We adopt a relaxed yet professional approach, to make all our sessions enjoyable, and ultimately memorable. Each course uses a variety of teaching methods including videos, practical scenarios, open discussion, knowledge reviews plus lots more.

WHERE WE WORK
We are flexible and offer training for you and your team at a time and location that suits you.
Green Box First Aid Training has classroom locations for our First Aid Courses in Windsor, Slough, Bracknell, Staines upon Thames, Newbury and Reading. These locations are where we hold our public first aid training courses. But these can also be used for private group bookings. Our public courses normally run once a month at each venue, please check out our live booking system for details.
We have provided first aid courses extensively across Berkshire, Surrey, Middlesex, Hampshire and Oxfordshire. We can also train you at your place of work, your home or we can find training facilities in a location of your choice. We have instructors across the UK and we travel the length of the country so please do get in touch.

WHO WE WORK WITH
We have provided first aid courses to people who have dreaded attending a first aid course because of past experiences, but now proactively volunteer for courses when we deliver them.
We handle national contracts or large organisations and offer extremely competitive rates for this type of training. We can provide an online portal for you to check the training of your team, printed certificates and check when people need retraining so you remain complaint at all times.
