COURSE OVERVIEW
We offer two Outdoor Pursuits First Aid courses. These courses are among our favourite to teach as we love the outdoors. Because we have spent so much time working in the outdoor environment we know what it’s like to have to use first aid there. The owner of the company is a qualified ski and scuba diving instructor and spent 4 years working in the Alps.
Course 1: 7 hour, one day course – covers primary and secondary care where the Emergency services are easily accessible.
Course 2: 16 Hour, two day course – covers primary and secondary care where the Emergency services may be harder to access.
These courses are fun and practical and we use the outdoors to put the skills you’ve learned into practice during your time with us.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
These First Aid courses are specifically designed to meet the requirements laid down by many outdoor pursuits organisations, covering primary and secondary care and adapted to the outdoor world. Both courses are fun and practical courses where we spend time outdoors dealing with practical work in the environment where you will need it.
