This one-day course is our introduction to first aid at work and is really popular. It provides a good insight into first aid procedures required for small, low risk workplaces.
The course uses a combination of knowledge development, skills development and realistic scenario practice to ensure participants have the confidence in their ability to provide care when emergency situations arise.
The course syllabus is laid down by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and complies with the Health & Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 (Appendix 6 Content of an Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) Course.

It’s ideal for childminders and carers who need to complete an Ofsted approved Paediatric First Aid Course to comply with the legal and government requirements. Our blended course offers a video-based online course that is completed before attending a full day in the classroom with an instructor to complete the practical part of the course.
