1 day Primary (CPR) & Secondary Care (First Aid)

including AED (Defibrillator)

Course overview

This course is our introduction to first aid and is our most popular course.  The course is split into 2 sections Emergency First Response Primary Care which includes teaching you how to use a defibrillator and thenEmergency First Response Secondary care which is what we think of as the traditional first aid.

Both sections teach participants how to respond to real emergencies. The course uses combination of knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenario practice to make sure participants have the confidence in their ability to provide care when emergency situations arise.

Who is this course for?

Everyone - yes everyone..... We believe that everyone should have a basic level of first aid training. We have trained children right up to pensioners and we see the confidence that it give to people when they have completed the course. We understand that people are nervous and unsure when they start - we quickly get over this to enable you to learn in a fun and inspiring environment.

This course is great for divers and other sports people who need

a first aid qualification for their courses.
